Dr Russell is the principal in a Counselling and Mental Health practice, Foundations counselling Centre, CARSELDINE and has been an educator for RACGP, and QDGP Stafford, Brisbane, and continues as a Part time Educator for Cognitive Institute, Brisbane.
She is passionate about whole person care, currently focussing her therapeutic work on Supervision for psychologists/counsellors and GPs in quality whole assessments and therapy processes, as well as Couples and Relationship therapy. She is a Certified Gottman Therapist, and loves to work in this modality with couple who live with chronic illness, disability, and mental Health challenges.
in her other time, she loves to Dye, to cook, kayak and make music, especially with the other special people in her life -- husband, 2 grown kids and their spouses, and grandchild.
