Tim Dewhurst
Dr Tim Dewhurst commenced medical work spending 10 years in country Victoria before training in psychiatry for 5 years. He then returned to general practice in Cairns for nearly 20 years while completing a Masters in Mental Health in Psychotherapy. In the last 8 years, he returned to Melbourne working in various positions including 2 years as the Medical Director of the Victorian Doctors Health Program. He is now semi retired working out of his motorhome as a GP and mental health generalist in both Aboriginal Health and as a rural locum GP.
